BEGINNERS DRAWING WORKSHOPS CALGARY | levels 5-8

To further your skills in drawing, Grasby Art Studio hosts drawing workshops 5-8 (a continuation from drawing course I - workshop levels 1-4).  These workshops are intended for those who have some experience with drawing (i.e. completed workshop levels 1-4 or equivalent experience). 

Workshops 5-8 | Drawing Course 2 | Beyond Fundamentals

In the course 2 workshops students will combine the four fundamentals of drawing (i.e. value, form, texture, perspective) to create one finished drawings each week.

DETAILS:

• Form - Subjects will focus on forms that present particular challenge to artists, namely: hands, faces, figures, horses, elephants, bicycles, bridges, boats, or buildings.
• Colour - We will explore new drawing mediums including colour, chalk pastels, soluble drawing mediums, charcoal on canvas, and mixed media (combining drawing mediums in one project).
• Supports - We will explore other supports for drawing such as drawing on canvas

LENGTH: Each class is 3 hours

COST: Each class is $95, the full course is $380
