Nostalgic November

Opening day Saturday, November 7 • 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Guest artist Janet Armstrong painting live in the gallery

Our November show in the Art Cellar opens with Janet Armstrong at the easel for the day. Janet has twelve paintings hanging in the gallery right now, and for November she’s adding a vintage twist — a freshly finished classic car and a big red truck, a nod to Bowness and its car shows.

Drop in any time through the day to watch her work on a new vintage gas-pump painting, ask her about it, and take in the show. Everything on the walls is for sale — just ask upstairs.

Free — no ticket needed. Grab a coffee and come on down.

Come down and see it any time we’re open. Everything on the walls is for sale, and we can frame anything you fall for upstairs in the shop.

Christmas at the Grasby Art Cellar

Opening night Friday, December 11 — evening

A studio-wide Christmas show of work made this year in every one of our classes — children, teens and adults. If you or your kids have been in the studio in 2026, this is the show where it goes up on a wall.

Opening night is free, with live music, snacks, refreshments, gifts, art and demos. The show then hangs in the Art Cellar until January 15, so there’s plenty of time to come back and take it in properly.
