Working with Teresa

These intermediate workshops are led by studio founder Teresa Grasby, an accomplished artist with 15 years of teaching experience. Teresa takes on the subjects artists find most challenging and shares the efficient process she has developed for them, worked in a loose, expressive style. Most artists use the four sessions to build one large-format canvas — a finished feature wall painting to take home.

Supplies

We provide specialty supplies this workshop needs, including palette knives, brushes, putty knives, metallic paints, soft bodied acrylics. Please bring a basic supply kit and a canvas with you on each workshop day — the three primaries plus black and white, a small palette knife, a disposable palette and a variety of brushes. If you’re missing something, individual supplies, a variety of canvases, and supply kits are available in our store.
